OMP-025 Series ? Oval Gear Flow Meters for Chemicals and DEF
The FLOMEC OMP-025 Series is designed for accurate measurement of chemical fluids and aggressive liquids used in industrial and agricultural applications. These meters use oval gear technology, providing highly accurate and repeatable volumetric measurement for dosing, batching, and fluid transfer operations.
The meter body is constructed from PPS (Ryton), a highly chemical-resistant material that offers a cost-effective alternative to stainless steel when chemical compatibility is critical and operating pressures and temperatures are moderate.
The OMP-025 series is widely used for measuring DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid / AdBlue), herbicides, pesticides, and other agricultural chemicals, as well as in chemical mixing and dosing systems.
These meters are ideal for compact installations because no flow conditioning or straight pipe runs are required to maintain measurement accuracy.
